Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Trend Hive Innovations ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under your country's laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification where required.
4. Worker Obligations
- Complete tasks honestly and as instructed
- Do not use bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent methods
- Comply with applicable local laws when performing tasks
5. Business Obligations
- Campaigns must be legal, truthful and non-discriminatory
- You may not target minors or promote prohibited content (fraud, hate speech, adult content, illegal products)
- Funds must be provided upfront and are held in escrow
6. Payments & Rewards
Rewards credit to worker wallets upon task verification. Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts, subject to applicable fees disclosed in the app.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, harassment, hacking, IP theft, or misuse of Platform data results in immediate account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its logos, trademarks and code are the property of Trend Hive Innovations. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it within campaigns.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Trend Hive in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are resolved in Lagos courts unless otherwise agreed.
